Recoding the Pattern exists to reveal where real change actually takes hold—and how to access it.
This podcast explores:
How to identify the true leverage point of change—for emotions, behaviors, relationships, attraction, and results.
The modalities, practices, and states of being that create optimal conditions for lasting change.
The Hierarchy of Human Change, and how to apply it to produce stable, sustainable results across effective modalities.
What allows patterns to release and reorganize—and how to facilitate that process for yourself or with a practitioner.
How to stabilize meaningful change over time.

Human change follows a hierarchy.

When we want a different result, we usually start at the surface—by trying to alter behavior or force new actions. It works briefly. Then the old pattern returns.

Because behavior is downstream.

Behavior follows emotional and physiological state.

State follows belief and meaning.

Belief organizes identity.

Identity is encoded at subconscious—and superconscious—levels.

And it all emerges from how we neurosomatically experience any particular moment, and what it means to us.

If you’ve struggled to break a habit, or to live in true alignment with yourself, it likely isn’t a failure of effort or discipline. It’s a matter of where change is being applied.

Lasting change occurs only when intervention meets the level at which the pattern is encoded.

This podcast explores:

  • How to identify the leverage point of change -for emotions, behaviors, relationships, attraction and results.
  • Modalities, practicies and states of being that allow optimal conditions for change,
  • The Hierarchy of Human Change, and how to utilize it for stable, sustainable and successful change across effective modalities.
  • what allows patterns to release and reorganize and how to effective do this yourself and with practitioners
  • How to stabilize change effectively over time

Clinical Hypnotherapist – Master Hypnotist – Speaker

Hi and thanks for stopping by. It has been one of my great privileges to have worked with thousands of others to help them become – become stronger than overwhelming emotions, than addictions and habits, than doubts or fear, secure enough to use their voices and lay down healthy boundaries, become powerful enough to leave the effects of trauma behind forever. It’s a great work to be a part of and I am forever grateful for my clients and what they’ve taught me along the way.

In the last decade I’ve had in theta-wave practice, I’ve watched two common themes hold intelligent, driven, well-intended people back from overcoming feelings or habits they’ve been stuck in for years – 1) The idea that they’ll find a permanent solution consciously, and 2) the idea that they even know what the problem is at all.

I have rarely met a person who truly understands the problem they have when they walk into my office. A client may be looking to stop a series of panic attacks, heal major depressive disorder, or finally get control of their eating, but I have never met a single person who truly consciously understood the issue that was really holding them back.

Helping others utilize their subconscious minds and neuro-somatic processes is what I specialize in, and nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing someone who thought of themselves as having certain defined limitations seeing only options, opportunities and freedom in their future.

I am grateful for so many modalities, and practitioners and methods that help facilitate true change in human beings. As I have furthered along in my practice, in recent years, my clients often have permanent change in 1 session. We are talking big, life-long battles won in less than 2 hours. Struggles years of talk therapy barely moved, left to the way-side the following week.

I attribute the faster success to applying what I have learned – from clients, education, and from  other like-minded practitioners, neuroscientists and thinkers to a simple formula that can help anyone change anything in a session or two.

I’ve been calling this formula the Hierarchy of Human Change for a few years. Whether you use my favorite modality – theta-wave change (or what you might call hypnotherapy) – or you use another modality, or a combination of what works for you,  focusing on the actual location of the real problem (not the problem your conscious brain has been telling you you have) will get you the actual change you need and provide you with actual opportunities. That’s that the Hierarchy is aimed to do.

When my client doesn’t know what the problem is yet, the Hiearchy gets to the point every time – it knows right where to pry, right where to apply the effort – so it’s not wasted on another level. The more I use it, the faster changes happen for my clients. So I want people and practitioners to have it and to use it if it works for them. To know that if they need a real answer – they can start to really find it fast, somewhere in the hierarchy.

This is how real change happens. It’s how you get anything you want – from the the bottom up.

My work focuses on locating the true leverage point of change.

This podcast makes that process visible and accessible for you.

Welcome—and thank you for being here.

It has been one of the great privileges of my life to work with thousands of people as they’ve become stronger; stronger than overwhelming emotions, stronger than addictions and entrenched habits, stronger than self-doubt or fear. I’ve watched people grow secure enough to use their voices, clear enough to set healthy boundaries, and powerful enough to leave the effects of trauma behind—for good.

It is meaningful work to be part of. I remain deeply grateful to my clients, not only for their trust, but for everything they’ve taught me along the way.

Over the last decade in theta-wave practice, I’ve observed two patterns that consistently hold intelligent, driven, well-intentioned people back from:

First, the belief that a permanent solution to a revolving problem or continually unreached goal will be found consciously.

Second, the belief that they already know what the real problem really is.

If it’s been a real struggle for them (and by the time people get to my office, it usually has been), I have never met anyone who genuinely understands the issue behind the struggle holding them back when we first meet. A client may come in wanting relief from panic attacks, a habit they can’t shake, disordered eating, or long-standing emotional pain—but I’ve never met a single person who consciously identified the true leverage point of their struggle.

That’s where my work lives.

I specialize in helping people access the subconscious mind and the neuro-somatic processes where real change takes hold. There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone who once believed they had fixed limitations begin to see only options, opportunity, and freedom ahead.

I am grateful for the many modalities, practitioners, and methods that support genuine human transformation. As my practice has evolved, something remarkable has become increasingly common: lasting change in a single session. We’re talking about life-long struggles resolved in under two hours—patterns that years of talk therapy barely touched, gone to the wayside the following week.

I don’t say this  because I bring any special magic to the table that someone else could not (althought I do like to bring in a little magic!)  I attribute this shift in my practice to a simple framework distilled from years of clinical hypnosis work, education, collaboration with other practitioners, and insights from neuroscience and human behavior. It’s a formula that allows real change to happen quickly—often in one or two sessions, and the more research that comes out, the more I have seen this thought process supported.

I’ve come to call this framework The Hierarchy of Human Change.

Whether you use my preferred modality—theta-wave change (often referred to as hypnotherapy)—another modality, or a combination of approaches, focusing on where the true problem actually lives (not where the conscious mind insists it does) is what creates lasting results.

When a client doesn’t yet know what the problem is, the Hierarchy finds it every time. It identifies exactly where to apply effort, so nothing is wasted at the wrong level. The more I use it, the faster change happens.

I do not want to keep this for myself. I am only one practitioner, and I can help many, but others can help so much more.

I’m putting this framework here for you, for people you know need to know, and for other practitioners—it’s simply another tool to explain and elevate the human experience of emotions, behaviors, physical embodiment and empowerment.

This is how anything meaningful is created—from the foundation up.

My work is about locating the true leverage point of transformation.

And this podcast is here to make that process visible and accessible to you, to help you achieve anything you want.
